Letting Go

Everyone experiences emotional hurt, whether through the break-up of a relationship, the breaking of trust or being the victim of an action or decision which seems too hurtful to forgive. It is natural to feel resentment and pain due to these events; however, sometimes this feeling of betrayal lasts longer than it should.

If you cannot stop reliving past pain, you may not be able to concentrate on the present, this can affect your ability to focus on work and relationships may become strained. It may be time to seek help in moving forward so that you can continue to make the most of your life. My experience in this area enables me to use a variety of methods to guide you.
