Phobias of any kind can be incredibly debilitating. If you have a phobia of something which you are forced to face day to day this can affect you work, your social life and your ability to continue with your life in the way you want to.

It is possible to have a phobia of anything. Some people may find it difficult to explain their fear to others, as the phobia may be seen as irrational and difficult to understand. You need not feel this apprehension when talking to me; my experience will allow me to understand your suffering.
